Daniel Cook

The mission statement is simple - help to develop the standard of coaching teams and their athletes across the world.

Daniel is a graduate of Brunel university, an international level gymnast and a coach to national and international gymnastics champions. In his time as an athlete, Daniel claimed the titles of British champion, world silver medalist and winner of several world cup events. As Coach, Daniel has produced many national champions across a range of categories and is part of a team which has coached many gymnasts to become World and European champions.

Daniel now travels worldwide, delivering gold standard workshops and coaching clinics, sharing his knowledge, methods and philosophies on developing high performing, happy athletes in this incredible sport.

Daniel Cook offers workshop style sessions as well as coaching clinics for gymnastics clubs / regions / federations. These on-site visit workshops are filled with sport-specific content and fresh ideas, all delivered in methods and means that are both informative and enjoyable.
